Yes, the services applied through Mission Basundhara portal will be delivered by 10th May, 2022.

There is no plan for extension as of now.

The services list is available in the home page of this Portal.

All the services under Mission Basundhara are free except in conversion from Annual Patta to Periodic Patta service.

Click on the Service name in the homepage for which you want to apply. It will ask your mobile no. for OTP based verification. Once the mobile no. is verified, it will display the form. Fill in the form and click on the Submit button to apply. Note down the Application Id displayed on the Screen. You will be able to track the status of your application with this Application Id later.

There is “Lodge grievance” link in the home page of the portal. Clicking on the link will display a form to lodge your grievance. First enter your mobile no. and click on “Verify” button for OTP based verification. Once mobile no. is verified you can fill up the remaining fields in the form and the details about your complain and submit. After submission a Grievance ID will be displayed on the screen. Note down the Grievance Id. You will be able to track the status of your grievance later with this Grievance Id.

- There are two ways to see the status of your application. One way is to see the status of the individual application by providing the Application Id. For this click on the “Track Application Status” link under “Important link” section of the Home page of the portal. It will ask you to provide Application Id for which status is required. After selecting the appropriate option it will ask you to provide the Application Id. Click on the “Submit” button after providing the Application Id to display the present status of the application.

Citizen can track the status of their grievance from the “Track Grievance status” link in the home page of the portal. For this click on the “Track Grievance Status” link in the Home page of the portal. It will ask you to provide the Grievance Id. Click on the “Submit” button after providing the Grievance Id to display the present status.

These services are fully online. You do not have to visit any Office for getting the delivery of the services. You will get an SMS in the mobile no. that you have given during application process once the service is delivered. However, you will have to attend the Rajah Aadalat, Public Hearing whenever you are requested to attend these.

You will get a call from the Land Record office on this no. whenever there is need to contact you. The Land record office also may send notifications in this no. in case they need to communicate any important message with you.

The Services under Mission Basundhara are available in all the districts of Assam except Bodoland Territorial Region, Autonomous Council districts.

No, for availing the benefits of Mission Basundhara you will have to apply through Mission Basundhara Portal only.
